Custom Pins Now knows that you make us successful– so we take every effort to deliver a quality product at the cheapest price possible.  We stand behind each and every product, if you have any questions or concerns please let us know.

Privacy: Your confidential information such as names, addresses, credit card information, and phone numbers is guarded and protected. We are serious about protecting this information and use a secure system to ensure it is safe guarded. We also do not sell or distribute your information to outside organizations.  We do however, use your contact information to keep in touch with you.

‍Refund: Here is our guarantee. If we fail to deliver on time we refund your money, assuming the product can no longer be used.  We also promise to manufacture per the artwork specifications approved.  If there are manufacturing defects we will remake the pins at no charge to you. As a courtesy to our factory we hope you would notify us within 7 days of receiving the pins.

‍Shipping: We do not charge shipping charges for a single shipping location and we pride ourselves in delivering in 2-3 weeks.  However, if you have unique circumstances delivery may be short or longer.  We ship exclusively UPS.

‍Legal ownership of logos, trademarks and copyrights. It is impossible to verify all designs for ownership; therefore, upon submission of your design you warrant legal right to reproduce (or have reproduced) logos or images to be used. We do decline jobs related to Disney or Olympic pins that use well known trademarks as we are not licensed for these marks.

‍Color Matching: Enamel pins us Pantone Coated C pms colors to allow us to match as close as possible your branding colors.  Because mixing pantone colors is not a science but an art, we cannot guarantee an exact match – but close.  We recommend you never rely only on how it looks on your monitor or printer as each device may display it differently.  If color is critical, we suggest you provide us your exact PMS color.
