"I wanted to take a minute and recognize the superior customer service and effort that Eric has provided to me during the process of crafting a lapel pin for my MDA District Summer Camp Program. I initially advised Eric early on that I am very creatively challenged. I provided some ideas that I found on the internet that related to our camp theme of "Hollywood". He listened to what I had to say and used my input and comments to design a fantastic pin for our camp program this year. Eric walked me through the pin making process step by step. Each step of the way he kept me informed and set my expectations in terms of
timeframes and depostit/payment requirements. The whole experience was great, and the end result is a pin that I can not wait to share at MDA Summer Camp in June.
