What is Photodome ?
Photodome is our trade name for printed pins, also called offset printed pins. Sometimes your design is not compatible with the diestruck/enamel process, the Photodome process is a great alternative.
The design is printed on vinyl and then affixed to a flat piece of metal (either gold or silver in color). A protective clear acrylic dome is put on top of the image to protect it. One unique aspect to our Photodome pins is we use a special blend of acrylic that will not yellow over time.
Our FAST Photodome pins come in round or square shapes (we can also do custom shapes but these take longer). Our Photodome pins are made right here in Utah which provides flexibility in manufacturing and delivery to meet your tight deadlines.
